Product Description:
The new 81624C optical power probe offers a 5 mm detector area and allows for flexible placement of the remote optical power meter, which can then be connected to the N7749C. The 81624C accepts parallel beams up to 4 mm in diameter, standard SM fibers, and MM fibers with a maximum core diameter of 100 μm and NA ≤ 0.3. A variety of adapters are available, allowing input from popular fiber connector types, bare fibers, or open beams. The magnetic D-shaped adapter enables quick disassembly and replacement without distorting the connected fiber.
