Product Overview:
The Keysight E5061B (Agilent) network analyzer can provide versatile and high-performance network analysis within a wide frequency range of 5 Hz to 3 GHz. The E5061B offers outstanding RF performance of the ENA series and also provides mature LF (low frequency) network measurement functions; including an internal 1 Mohm input for gain and phase testing ports. The E5061B has comprehensive measurement application software from low frequency to high frequency, including DC-DC converters, PDN (power distribution network), as well as RF devices such as filters and amplifiers.
Characteristics:
Wide frequency range: The standard configuration frequency range is 100kHz to 3GHz. If the low-frequency - radio frequency option (such as 3L5) is selected, it can be extended to 5Hz to 3GHz, suitable for full-band measurement from direct current (DC) to radio frequency.
High dynamic range: The dynamic range is up to 120dB (above 1MHz), ensuring high-precision measurement and enabling more accurate testing and analysis of the performance of various electronic devices.
Multiple test ports: It has S-parameter test ports, which can be used for measuring RF devices such as filters, amplifiers, mixers, etc.; it also has gain-phase test ports with a frequency range of 5Hz to 30MHz, and an internal 1MΩ input, suitable for low-frequency circuits such as DC-DC converters and PDN power distribution networks for measurement.
