N4693D is a precision electronic calibration device with a frequency range up to 50GHz. It supports 2.4mm connectors and offers various connector configurations such as female-female, male-male, or female-male. It is directly controlled by the Tektronix vector network analyzer via a USB port. During full-duplex port calibration, the time and number of connections are less than half of those of traditional mechanical calibration kits, reducing the operator's error rate and connector wear, lowering maintenance costs, and comes with a plastic storage box to protect the calibration device and accessories. Option 0DC can extend the calibration frequency range to DC, facilitating the use of Tektronix network analyzer's enhanced time-domain analysis function for broadband device modeling or time-domain signal integrity analysis.
