Bandwidth of up to 1 GHz and up to 5x oversampling across all channels ensures you have the performance you need to see rapidly changing signal details. To capture a long window of signal activity while maintaining good timing resolution, the MSO/DPO4000B series offers a depth recording length of up to 20M points standard on all channels.
