The TDS8200 digital sampling oscilloscope adopts a modular structure and supports up to 8 input channels. Its bandwidth range is from DC to 70+GHz, depending on the plug-in modules. It is based on the Windows 2000 operating system and has a four-color level variable holdover waveform database. It features an intuitive operation interface and powerful analysis capabilities, and can be widely applied in high-speed electrical serial data, semiconductor testing, impedance characterization based on TDR, and other fields.

Bandwidth and channels: The bandwidth can reach DC to 70+GHz, providing 2 to 8 signal channels to meet the requirements of observing multiple signals simultaneously in different testing scenarios.
Sampling and jitter performance: It has industry-standard timing jitter performance, with an RMS jitter of 800fs. When using the phase reference module, the jitter can be as low as < 200fs RMS, enabling precise acquisition of high-speed signals.
TDR performance: The TDR bandwidth is up to 50GHz, the reflection rise time is 15ps, the incident rise time is 12ps, and the noise is as low as 600μVRMS at 50GHz, enabling accurate impedance measurement and signal integrity analysis.
