Keithley 2000 can measure various electrical parameters such as DC voltage, DC current, AC voltage, and AC current. It has 13 built-in measurement functions. It is equipped with IEEE-488 and RS-232 interfaces, enabling connection and communication with computers and other devices, facilitating data transmission and program control operations. For multi-point measurement applications, by selecting the switch card, up to 20 input signal multiplexing can be achieved.
