The 41010-CVU Capacitor Voltage unit enables users to easily make C-V (capacitance-voltage) measurements. It uses a unique circuit design, supports a variety of characteristics and diagnostic tools, and is controlled by Clarius software to ensure the highest accuracy of measurement results.

AC drive voltage range: 10 mV to 100 mV rms, the AC drive voltage in this range is suitable for a variety of capacitance measurement scenarios.

Cable and connector: For best measurement results, use the red SMA cable that came with you to connect to the CVU. The included accessories include SMA to SMA cables, SMA to BNC adapters, BNC T-shaped devices, etc., for convenient connection configurations.
Test fixture and probe: The included attachment can be used to connect the test fixture or probe via BNC or SMA connection to meet different test requirements.
Real-time measurement mode: Supports real-time measurement, enabling users to obtain capacitance measurement results in real time.
Open/short circuit compensation: Open and short circuit compensation is provided to eliminate the effect of parasitic capacitance and inductance in the test circuit on the measurement results.
Parameter extraction Generator: Built-in parameter extraction generator to facilitate the user to extract the required parameters from the measurement results.
