The 236 Source measuring Unit (SMUs) can be fully programmed and can output and measure voltage or current simultaneously. These devices really realize the voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter four functions in one. It can meet the requirements of a variety of test applications, including semiconductor device characteristics analysis, leakage current measurement and insulation impedance measurement. It is very useful as a source measuring device in automatic test equipment (ATE).
236 Output voltage from 100µV to 110V, current from 100 FA to 100 Ma. Voltage or current in this range can also be measured.
