Product Description:
The Keithley 2601B-PULSE is an instrument that combines the functions of a high current/high speed pulse generator with all the features of a traditional source measurement unit (SMU). It boasts excellent 10 A @ 10 V pulse output capability with a pulse width up to 10 μs, as well as full 1 MS/s digitalization function, significantly enhancing the efficiency of applications ranging from bench-top device characterization to highly automated pulse I-V production tests.
Product features:
Outstanding pulse performance: It can output a current pulse of 10 A @ 10 V with a pulse width of 10 μs, and the pulse rise time is less than 1.7 μs; for inductive loads, no manual adjustment is required, and when the load inductance changes by up to 3 μH, the pulse has no overshoot or oscillation.
High measurement accuracy: The basic measurement accuracy of the pulse generator is 0.05%, the SMU has a current sensitivity of 100 fA and a voltage resolution of 100 nV, and it is equipped with dual 1 MS/s, 18-bit digitizers, capable of simultaneously collecting pulse current and voltage waveforms.
Rich integrated functions: It integrates the functions of a fast pulse generator and an SMU, providing ±40 V @ ±1.0 A and 40 W output capability in the DC mode.
