The Keithley 2410 high-voltage power meter is a 20W instrument that can obtain and measure voltages ranging from ±5μV (source) to ±1μV (measurement) up to ±1100V, as well as currents ranging from ±10pA to ±1A. With its wider voltage source range, the Keithley 2410 is an excellent choice for resistor and voltage coefficient testing, as well as for varistors, high-voltage diodes (including switches, zener, RF diodes, and rectifiers). The Keithley 2410 high-voltage power meter can measure 20mA while providing a voltage of 1100V, thus providing the additional resolution required for precise testing of these devices.
