The MS9740A is a benchtop spectrometer that covers the wavelength range from 600nm to 1750nm. It offers high-performance optical resolution and high-speed measurement to meet the demands of component and device manufacturers. Waveform data can be measured within 0.2 seconds and sent to external control devices - this speed is five times that of previous models from Agilent. The spectrometer MS9740A reduces the total time from waveform scanning to data forwarding to external control devices, simplifying the analysis process and providing high cost-effectiveness and higher production capacity.
