The HP 4284A Precision LCR table is a universal LCR table for component incoming inspection, quality control and laboratory use. The HP 4284A Precision LCR table is used to evaluate LCR components, materials, and semiconductor devices in a wide frequency range (20Hz to 1MHz). The HP 4284A Precision LCR table has a built-in comparator, and the HP 4284A can output comparison/decision results in order to classify components into up to 10 containers.
