Product Overview:
The Agilent 86100B Infiniium DCA wide band oscilloscope is a high-speed oscilloscope that can also be used as a digital communication analyzer and time domain reflectometer. The combined oscilloscope/analyzer makes complex conformance measurements in the shortest possible time without having to learn cumbersome conformance testing procedures. Compliance measurement that once required many steps can now be done in one step. This capability, along with an intuitive interface, enables engineers to perform entire procedures, such as compliance eye map analysis, at the touch of a button.
For basic oscilloscope operation, there is a simple front end with familiar analog look and feel of the panel to access. A Windows-based system allows you to easily navigate the user interface. The 86100B Infiniium DCA can be viewed as three high-performance instruments in one. It is universal broadband wide sampling oscilloscope. It is a digital communication analyzer. This is a time domain reflectometer. Simply select the instrument mode and start the measurement.
Accurate eye map analysis is essential for characterizing the quality of transmitters used from 100 Mb/s to 100 Mb/s at 40 Gb/ s. The 86100B is designed to analyze complex task forms of digital communication waves. No longer use of compliance masks and parameter testing requires a complex set up and configuration. If you can press the button, you can perform a complete compliance test.
