Product Description
Luna ODiSI 6000 is a high-definition distributed optical fiber sensing demodulator based on Rayleigh backscattering, designed for static/ quasi-static strain and temperature testing of advanced materials and complex structures, providing continuous field mapping with sub-millimeter spatial resolution. The system supports 1/2/4/8 channel configurations, with a single channel capable of driving the longest 100 m high-definition sensing optical fiber, with thousands of measurement points per meter, enabling real-time collection, recording, and networked data streaming, suitable for automated testing and process control; when paired with passive optical fiber sensors, it can operate stably in scenarios where traditional sensors struggle to deploy, such as in bends, embedded positions, and strong electromagnetic interference environments.
Key features
Ultra-high resolution distributed measurement: minimum spacing of 0.65 mm, up to 1,538 measurement points per meter, capable of accurately capturing strain hotspots and gradients, supporting FE model verification.
Multi-channel and long-distance coverage: 1–8 channels are available; with an extended range, a single channel can reach up to 100 m, and the 8-channel system can achieve a maximum total sensing length of 800 m.
Passive sensors suitable for harsh environments: flexible, ultra-thin, passive, corrosion-resistant, dielectric, can be attached to curved surfaces, embedded in materials, or installed on electrical surfaces, without drift, no calibration required, with a cycle life **>10⁷ times **.
