Product Description
The OBR 6200 series is designed as a portable diagnostic platform for short-distance optical fiber links, utilizing swept-frequency wavelength interferometry technology to achieve zero blind zone and sub-millimeter spatial resolution for distributed echo loss (RL) and insertion loss (IL) measurements. The OBR 6225 is suitable for 20-100m links and is targeted at aerospace/military scenarios; the OBR 6235 covers 20-500m and is compatible with data center interconnection testing. Key parameters: The spatial sampling resolution is as low as 80μm, with a wavelength of 1546.7nm, supporting 1-2 channels, IP65 dust and water resistance, and MIL-STD-810G/461G military-grade certification. It is powered by batteries and equipped with a touchscreen for data transmission via USB-C/RJ45, compatible with single-mode optical fibers, capable of operating in a temperature range of -20 to 35°C, and suitable for both laboratory and harsh outdoor field deployments.
Core features
Sub-millimeter ultra-high resolution: The spatial sampling resolution is as low as 80μm, enabling precise location of high-loss joints, local loss points, fiber micro-bends / fractures, etc., with measurement accuracy far exceeding traditional OTDR, and suitable for fine diagnosis of short links.
Portable and rugged field adaptability
Battery-powered, handheld, touchscreen operation, independent measurement without the need for an external PC, supports rapid troubleshooting on-site.
It has IP65 dust and water resistance and MIL-STD-810G/461G military-grade certification, resistant to vibration, temperature extremes, and suitable for harsh environments such as aerospace and industrial sites.
