The Agilent B1520A is a multi-frequency capacitance measurement unit (MFCMU), specifically designed for the characterization of the capacitance properties of semiconductor devices. It supports various measurement modes such as capacitance-voltage (C-V), capacitance-frequency (C-f), and capacitance-time (C-t), meeting a wide range of device characterization requirements.
Multi-frequency capacitance measurement: Supports capacitance measurement frequencies up to 5 MHz, enabling precise capture of the capacitance characteristics of devices at different frequencies.
Capacitance measurement modes:
C-V measurement: Used to analyze the capacitance characteristics of devices as they change with voltage.
C-f measurement: Used to study the capacitance characteristics of devices as they change with frequency.
C-t measurement: Used to analyze the changes in capacitance of devices over time.
Built-in DC bias: Supports applying DC bias during capacitance measurement to simulate actual operating conditions.
