Product Description:
The Keysight N1966A pulse I/O adapter can convert the 15-pin D-sub pulse I/O on the rear panel of the PNA-X into a coaxial SMB male connector to achieve a better connection. It includes the input of the receiver IF gate (for 1 reference receiver and 4 test receivers), the output of 4 internal pulse generators, the RF signal pulse modulation drive input, and the trigger input for the timing of the internal pulse generator.
Product Features:
High-speed pulse generation and measurement
It supports the output and input of high-speed pulse signals and is suitable for testing the timing characteristics of digital circuits, memories, FPgas and other devices.
It can generate nanosecond-level (ns) precise pulse widths, meeting the requirements of high-resolution timing.
Strong compatibility
Designed to be used in conjunction with Keysight Technologies' high-performance oscilloscopes (such as the Infiniium series) or logic analyzers, it connects via dedicated interfaces (such as MIPI/GPIO).
Supports multiple logic level standards (such as LVDS, LVCMOS, etc.), and is adaptable to the voltage requirements of different devices under test.
High-precision triggering and synchronization
It provides low-jitter trigger input/output function to ensure signal synchronization accuracy and is suitable for strict timing verification scenarios.
Supports external trigger input for convenient linkage with other test devices.
Flexible configuration
Programmable pulse parameters (such as width, delay, and repetition frequency) are controlled through software (such as Keysight PathWave) to adapt to complex test requirements.
Multi-channel support (the specific number of channels depends on the model configuration), allowing for parallel testing of multiple signals.
