The ATS-545 mobile temperature system of Temptronic can provide temperatures ranging from -80°C to +225°C. All systems provide remote communication via IEEE 488 and RS-232, as well as two temperature outputs for control measured on the thermistor or directly on the DUT. This advanced temperature source is specially designed for 60Hz operation and is used for rapid and precise thermal regulation of components, parts, hybrid devices, modules, sub-components and printed circuit boards. Ultra-low temperatures can be achieved without the use of liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2). Multiple configurations allow for flexible optimization of your footprint and access to the DUT.
