The R&SZNA67EXT is a 1.0 mm vector network analyzer system that covers the frequency range from 10 MHz to 110 GHz. The R&SZNA67EXT Vector Network Analyzer system consists of one R&SZNA67 vector network analyzer and up to four external test units.

1. Ultra-wide frequency coverage and expansion capability
Frequency range: The base band covers 10 MHz to 67 GHz, and can be upgraded to 110 GHz with expansion modules to support test requirements in the millimeter and terahertz fields.
Application scenario: It is suitable for signal integrity analysis of 5G/6G communication, satellite communication, radar system, high-speed interconnect (such as 224 Gbps copper cable bundle).
2. Excellent RF performance
Dynamic range: up to 120 dB for accurate measurement of high-blocking devices such as amplifiers.
Output power: up to 10 dBm, combined with low track noise design, provides high SNR measurement results.

3. Powerful multi-port parallel testing capability
