Product Overview:
The R&S®FSPN phase noise analyzer and VCO tester provide excellent sensitivity and measurement speed to measure the characteristics of signal sources such as synthesizers, VCO oscillators, thermostatic crystal oscillators and dielectric oscillators. This instrument is ideal for harsh phase noise and VCO analysis in development and production applications. The instrument is equipped with two low phase noise synthesizers and a real-time cross-correlation engine for increased measurement sensitivity, and requires only a small amount of cross-correlation to measure high-quality oscillators, synthesizers or voltage-controlled oscillators in production. Increase the number of cross-correlations to measure the characteristics of extremely sensitive commercial synthesizers and oscillators in development.
