Product Overview:
The Rohde & Schwarz FSWP26 Phase Noise analyzer is a powerful, easy-to-use test instrument for phase noise and signal spectrum analysis in a wide range of applications.
Product features:
High sensitivity measurement:
High sensitivity of phase noise measurement due to cross-correlation and extremely low noise internal reference sources.
At 1GHz carrier frequency and 10 KHZ frequency offset, the typical phase noise value is -172 DBC (1Hz).
For 10 GHZ carrier frequency and 10 KHZ frequency offset, the typical phase noise value is -153 DBC (1Hz).
Wide frequency range:
Frequencies range from 1MHz to 26.5GHz (also known as 50GHz).
High-end signal and spectrum analyzers range from 10Hz to 8GHz/26.5GHz.
Versatility:
Not only can it measure phase noise, but it is also a full-featured signal and spectrum analyzer.
Both amplitude and phase noise can be measured simultaneously and the results displayed in a common chart or in a separate window.
Quick measurement:
The minimum scanning time in frequency domain is 2.5ms, and the minimum scanning time in time domain is 1μs.
70 measurements per second in remote control mode (including data transfer time via the GPIB bus) and 80 measurements per second in manual mode (screen refresh).
Easy to operate:
Intuitive touch screen operation.
Large 12.1-inch display allows you to view multiple measurement Windows simultaneously.
Multiple measurement applications can be run and displayed in parallel.
Other features:
Equipped with low noise internal DC source for VCO characteristic measurement.
Upgradable to signal and spectrum analyzer.
Internal sources are suitable for measuring additional phase noise, including the phase noise of pulse signals.
The phase noise of the pulse source can be measured with one click.
The total measurement uncertainty is less than 0.2dB below 3.6GHz and less than 0.3dB below 8GHz.
