The central wavelength and bandwidth of the XTM-50 can be adjusted independently. It is manually controlled and is available in versions covering all major telecom wavelengths from 1260 nm to 1650 nm and bandwidths from 32 pm (4 GHz) to 5 nm. The XTM-50 tunable filter is an ideal tool for laboratory use. It has the same optical performance as the XTA-50 because it is based on the same optical system. Wavelength tuning and bandwidth adjustment are performed manually via a micrometer. All versions of the XTA-50 have their corresponding manuals in the XTM-50 series.
