The new SG382 SG380 series RF signal generator - a high performance and affordable RF signal source.
The SG382 RF signal generator uses a unique innovative architecture based on automatic frequency tuning of pulse phase and intelligent approximation frequency synthesis technology (rational approximate frequency synthesis). Offers UHF resolution (1 μHz), extremely low phase noise and multi-function modulation (AM, FM, ΦM, pulse modulation and scanning) at a lower price than competing manufacturers.
The model is capable of synthesizing sine waves from DC to 2.025 GHz. Low jitter differential clock output (option 01) and external vector modulated I/Q input (Option 03) are provided. For complex and high-precision measurement applications, the SG382 can be ordered with a rubidium reference oscillator (Option 04).
The SG382 signal generator has two front panel outputs with overlapping frequency bands. The BNC connector provides outputs in the frequency range DC to 62.5 MHz with adjustable offset and signal amplitude from 1 mV to 1 V RMS with an impedance of 50 ohms. The N-type output connector is designed for frequencies from 950 kHz to 2.025 GHz, with a power range of +16.5 dBm to -110 dBm (1 V to 0.707 μV RMS) and an impedance of 50 ohms.
