B2987B Electrostatic Voltmeter/High Resistance Meter is a graphical electrostatic voltmeter that allows you to confidently measure small currents with a resolution of 0.01 fA (0.01×10-15 A) and large resistances up to 10P Ω (10×1015 Ω). Additionally, battery operation eliminates AC line noise in critical measurements. It features a 4.3" color LCD display with a graphical user interface, providing not only digital information but also trend and histogram data. These front-panel functions allow you to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analysis without a PC. Available software options for setting integrity checks allow you to compare the noise levels of different wiring and fixed arrangements to help isolate external noise sources.
