The M9502A AXIe chassis is fully compatible with the AXIe 1.0 specification. It includes an embedded system module (ESM) that does not occupy an instrument slot. This system module performs the chassis management functions included in the AXIe specification. In addition, it offers PCI and LAN interfaces for connecting external computers, external clock and trigger connectors, and Keysight's unique interchassis synchronization connector. The local bus implemented in the M9502A provides the maximum 62 pairs allowed by the AXIe specification. The M9502A is combined with the M9048A PCIe desktop adapter to achieve the highest system bandwidth.
The U4154A AXy-based logic analyzer module enables reliable measurements on high-speed digital systems operating at speeds up to 4 Gb/s, with eye maps as small as 100 ps x 100 mV. The 12.5 GHz timing Zoom feature features 256K sampling memory for simultaneous status and high-resolution timing measurements over a 20 us time span. Eye scan provides an overview of signal integrity information across all channels in a matter of minutes. 200 M of free memory samples ensures that you capture enough system activity to troubleshoot complex systems.
