The R&S ZVA67 network analyzer is the top tier of the Rohde & Schwarz network analyzer family. It combines ease of operation, fast measurement speed, excellent RF characteristics, a wide range of functions and a high degree of flexibility.
The ZVA-Z110E millimeter wave converter allows millimeter wave measurements in the V, E, W, F, D, G, J, and Y bands, as well as network analysis in the frequency range from 50 GHz to 500 GHz, depending on the converter model. Rohde & Schwarz converters have a wide dynamic range, are very easy to operate and allow for fast measurements. A 4-port network analyzer and two converters can be used for 2-port measurements; No external generator required. When using a two-port network analyzer, an external generator is required to provide the LO signal.
