Product Description:
The Tektronix TDS1012 is a dual-channel, 100 MHz, 1 GS/s digital oscilloscope with a monochrome LCD screen. External trigger inputs on the front and an optional TDS2MEM communication module mounted on the back provide a CompactFlash card slot, Centronics-type printer port, RS-232 and GPIB rear ports for easy interconnection.
Easy access to the MATH MENU button provides waveform adjustment (CH1-CH2, CH2-CH1, CH1+CH2) as well as FFT (spectrum, harmonics, distortion, noise, pulse, vibration) measurements. Time (frequency) and voltage (amplitude) can also be measured. Repeated signals can be captured and averaged to eliminate noise, or captured as a single signal.
