The N6705B DC Power Analyzer integrates up to four advanced power supplies with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators and data loggers to provide unmatched productivity gains for delivering and measuring DC voltage and current to the device under test. The N6705B measures the current flowing into the device under test without collecting multiple devices or creating complex test devices, including sensors such as current probes and shunt. The DC power analyzer also eliminates the need to develop and debug programs to control a range of instruments and make useful measurements, as all functions and measurements are available on the front panel. For more powerful control and analysis capabilities, the DC power analyzer can be used with the 14585A control and analysis software. When automated workbench setup is required, the N6705B is fully programmable via GPIB, USB, LAN, and LXI compliant.
