The 4277A LCZ meter is a universal impedance measuring instrument for measuring circuit elements such as capacitors and inductors of the same intended use under frequency and DC bias conditions. The 4277a feature variable has a test frequency (10 KHZ - 1 MHZ), optional DC bias variables from 0 to ±40 V, multi-parameter (L. c. ·| Z | - d-q-esr-g-q) fully automatic high-speed measurement, and 4 1/2 bit resolutions. The 4277a has an impedance range of 10 to 1 m ΩΩ.
The instrument is ideal for production line, quality control, and circuit design applications, and can be used stand-alone or systemically in HP-IB control (standard). An optional comparator for sequencing 10 bins with measurement times of less than 100 ms makes the 4277a a good choice for discrete component production line testing.
