The DPO4054 digital Fluorescence Oscilloscope (DPO) delivers the performance needed to visualize the most demanding signals. Bandwidth ranges from 350 MHz to 1 GHz, and all models offer at least 5× oversampling and sin (x) /x interpolation standards on all channels, so you can be confident that even the fastest transient events will be accurately captured and displayed. The standard 10 M recording length for all channels allows you to capture a long window of signal activity while maintaining good timing resolution. Using Tektronix's proprietary DPX® acquisition technology, the DPO4000 series delivers capture rates of up to 3,700 waveforms per second, saving you minutes, hours, or even days by quickly identifying intermittent burrs and anomalies.
