The Olympus IX71 inverted microscope is used for color bright field, fall fluorescence and transmitted light microscopy with a variety of objectives. Four filter cubes provide flexibility and complement OMX channels for sample pre-inspection (DAPI, FITC, TRITC, Cy5). Large-field imaging is provided by a 6 MP camera that can operate in either color or monochrome mode.
