10898A 双通道激光轴板提供与  10897B 高分辨率激光轴板相同的分辨率，但转换速率更高，噪声更低。与以前的激光系统相比，更高的载物台速度限制和低噪声为 IC 制造设备等高级应用提供了卓越的定位可重复性和精度。与前代产品  10897B 一样， 10898A 采用高分辨率平面镜干涉仪，可提供 lambda/2048（0.3 nm）的测量分辨率

The 10898A dual-channel laser shaft plate provides the same resolution as the 10897B high-resolution laser shaft plate, but with a higher conversion rate and lower noise. Higher stage speed limits and low noise compared to previous laser systems provide superior positioning repeatability and accuracy for advanced applications such as IC manufacturing equipment. Like its predecessor, the 10897B, the 10898A features a high-resolution flat-mirror interferometer that provides a lambda/2048 (0.3 nm) measurement resolution
