Product Description:
The N4375D Optical Wave Component Analyzer (LCA) is the instrument of choice for testing 10G Ethernet, FCx8, FCx10 and FCx16 electro-optic components with modulation ranges up to 26.5 GHz, as well as electro-optic components for 40/100GbE and 100Gb /s coherent transmission.
Modern optical transmission systems require fast, accurate, and repeatable characterization of the core electro-optic components, transmitters, receivers, and their sub-components (lasers, modulators, and detectors) to ensure the performance of the final transceiver in terms of modulation bandwidth, jitter, gain, and distortion.
The N4375D guarantees excellent photoelectric measurement performance through the NIST traceable factory calibration chain. In addition, the unique new calibration concept significantly reduces the time from starting the LCA to making the first calibration measurement. This increases the productivity of R&D and manufacturing workshops.
The fully integrated "turnkey" solution reduces time to market compared to time-consuming homemade setup development.
Features:
Repeatability allows measurement results to be compared between test sites around the world
High confidence and fast time to market with NIST traceable turnkey solutions
The use of fast and easy measurement setup and a unique new calibration process significantly improves the efficiency of analysis, thereby reducing test costs
The new switching architecture of the optical tester ensures the long-term reliability and stability of the test results
