The PXle-4163 is a high-precision, high-density source measurement unit (SMU) with 24 identical SMU channels. The module supports four-quadrant operation, integrates remote (4-wire) sensing in each channel for accurate measurements, and utilizes analog-to-digital converter technology to help you perform high-precision measurements. In addition, the PXle-4163 uses SourceAdapt technology to adjust the transient response according to the characteristics of the load, thereby maximizing stability and measurement accuracy. The PXle-4163 is ideal for a variety of mixed-signal integrated circuits (1C) used in semiconductor production tests.
