The R&S®SGS100A is an RF source designed to meet the needs of automated test systems. The instrument can be used as a continuous wave source or a vector signal generator with full I/Q modulation. When used as a vector signal generator, the output frequency can reach 12.75GHz, which can cover basic digital signals. It can be used as a flexible local oscillator and can also be used for interference testing according to mobile communication standards.
