Product Description:
The 37369D is a 40 GHz network analyzer from Anritsu. The Network analyzer is a powerful instrument that can measure the linear characteristics of RF devices with unmatched accuracy. Many industries use network analyzers to test equipment, measure materials, and monitor signal integrity.
The Lightning series of microwave and millimeter wave vector network analyzers includes a wide range of high-performance component test tools designed to meet the growing needs of the defense, satellite, radar, broadband communications and optoelectronic component markets. The Lightning series features the latest technologies and capabilities. In addition to fast and accurate S-parameter measurements, specific models and additional options offer a higher level of measurement capabilities, including time domain, gain compression, harmonics, IMD, frequency conversion, multiport, and E/O and O/E measurements.
Premium models are designed for both active and passive device applications, where versatility is a major priority. These are high-performance dual-port Vnas that include a stepper attenuator, an internally biased T-antenna, gain compression applications, and a wider power range as standard features. They are available in four different frequency ranges, namely 20 GHz (37347D), 40 GHz (37369D), 50 GHz (37377D) and 65 GHz (37397D). Each model can also be configured as the ME7808B MMWave VNA by adding a mmwave tester, two synthesizers, and the required MMwave modules. The 37397D VNA can also be upgraded directly to the ME7808B wideband (40 MHz to 110 GHz) VNA.
Features:
Multi-source control mode and frequency offset
E/O and O/E measurements
Gain Compression application
Internal offset T-shape
Extended power range (source stepping attenuators and test port attenuators)
Input IF on the rear panel
