Product Description:
With the lowest input noise and up to 10 GHz analog bandwidth, the Tektronix MSO64B provides the best signal fidelity for analyzing and debugging today's embedded systems with GHz clock and bus speeds. Many applications, such as embedded systems, three-phase power electronics, automotive electronics, power supply design, and power supply integrity, require the observation of more than four analog signals to verify and characterize device performance and debug challenging system problems. The Tektronix MSO64B features the industry's largest HD display and four FlexChannel inputs, each measuring 1 analog signal or 4 digital signals.
The Tektronix MSO64B provides the performance to capture a target signal while minimizing the impact of unwanted noise when you need to capture a high-amplitude signal while viewing smaller signal details. A 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides 16 times the vertical resolution of a traditional 8-bit ADC. The new high resolution mode applies a unique hardware-based finite Impulse response (FIR) filter based on the selected sampling rate. The oscilloscope features a large high-resolution color display with a user-friendly interface that can be easily connected to a PC or other device for data transmission and remote control. The Tektronix MSO64B has the performance required to capture waveforms, with the best signal fidelity and resolution to view minute waveform details.
