Each of the four or eight channels in the Infiniium EXR series offers bandwidth up to 2.5 GHz and sampling rates of 16 GSa/s. With 100 Mpts standard memory per channel, flexible three-stage triggering, more than 50 standard measurements, a large library of application-specific packages, and ASIC accelerated testing, the Infiniium EXR series enables you to see more signals than ever before.
