Amplifier Research 20T4G18A is a stand-alone, forced-air cooled broadband Traveling wave tube (TWT) microwave amplifier designed for applications requiring a wide instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and medium power output. The reliable miniature TWT provides a minimum of 20 watts of conservative power at the amplifier output connector. The power specification is the base frequency.
The power amplifier's front panel digital display displays forward and reflected outputs, as well as extensive system status information accessed through a series of menus (via soft keys). Status indicators include power on, preheat, standby, Running, Fault, Overreflected power warning, and Remote.
