The Wideband Component Test System (WCS) utilizes JGR's cost-effective ultra-wideband tunable laser source (TLS5) to provide fast and reliable measurement sweeps across the entire O, E, S, C, L, and U wavelength range.
WCS can characterize 32-channel components, such as broadband splitters, filters, or CWDM components, in less than 10 seconds. Using the included WCS software, users can easily set the PASS/FAIL standard to view the real-time graphical results of IL, PDL and BR and the wavelength of the device under test.
