Product Overview:
The six-slot Model 707B and single-slot Model 708B semiconductor switch matrix host extend Keithley's decades-long commitment to innovation in switch systems optimized for semiconductor test applications. These hosts build on the strengths of their popular predecessor models, the 707/707A and 708/708A, adding new features and functionality designed to accelerate and simplify system integration and test development. The new control options and interfaces provide system assemblers with greater flexibility in the configuration of high performance switching systems for laboratory and production environments. Equally important, both new consoles are compatible with the popular switch cards developed for the 707A and 708A models, thus simplifying and minimizing the cost of switching system migration.
Features:
Hundreds of switch configurations and channel patterns are stored in non-volatile memory for reuse
The LXI class C interface supports remote programming and control
The embedded TSP processor and TSP-Link interface make it easy to integrate the 2600A series SourceMete instrument into a high-speed, stand-alone tester
14-bit digital I/O
Command connections are significantly faster than on earlier 700 series hosts
The 708B host controls a single 8×12 matrix card
The 707B host can control up to six 8×12 matrix cards
Compatible with common plug-in cards designed for 707A/708A hosts
Remote (via LXI, USB, and GPIB interfaces) and manual (via the front panel) programming is supported
Seamless integration with model 4200-SCS for semiconductor I-V and C-V characterization via GPIB interface
