Product Description
LSG500n is a handheld terahertz line scanning measurement instrument that must be used in conjunction with the T-Ray® 5000 control unit (TCU); it employs single-sided reflection broadband terahertz technology, allowing for high-speed scanning imaging and layer thickness, defect detection with a 50mm (2-inch) / 75mm (3-inch) line length without the need for sample contact or double-sided stationing. It comes with a built-in real-time display, pointing laser, and ergonomic trigger keys, and the longest fiber-coupled umbilical cable can reach up to 30 meters, enabling flexible mobile measurement in both laboratory and industrial settings. The standard configuration includes a 3-inch (75mm) lens, and an optional 2-inch (50mm) lens kit and calibration plate are also available.
