ODiSI 7100 系列是专为 21 世纪先进材料与系统测试挑战设计的创新测量平台。单根高清传感光纤每米可实现数千个应变或温度测点，亚毫米级标距（最小 0.65 mm）能实时绘制被测结构的连续应变轮廓与过程温度场；无源光纤传感器可贴于急剧弯曲表面、埋入结构内部或直接安装在电气环境中，适用于航空航天、汽车、能源、复合材料等领域的模型验证、工艺优化、结构健康监测。

超高分辨率分布式测量：标距可选 0.65 mm、1.3 mm、2.6 mm、5.2 mm，每米上千测点；应变量程 ±15000 με、分辨率 0.1 με、解调误差 ±1 με；温度范围 -40℃ 至 200℃、分辨率 0.1℃；支持 HD 瑞利散射、CFG（连续光纤光栅）、HD-SC（应变补偿温度）三种传感模式。
多通道实时系统：最多 8 通道，标准模式单通道支持 20 m 光纤，扩展远程模块可达 100 m；支持 IEEE 1588 PTP 网络时间同步、TTL 触发、JSON 数据流，便于集成到测试网络。

The ODiSI 7100 series is an innovative measurement platform specifically designed to address the challenges of advanced materials and systems testing in the 21st century. Each single high-definition sensing optical fiber can achieve thousands of strain or temperature measurement points per meter, with an accuracy of sub-millimeter spacing (minimum 0.65 mm), capable of real-time mapping of the continuous strain profile and process temperature field of the tested structure. Passive optical fiber sensors can be adhered to sharply curved surfaces, embedded within the structure, or directly installed in electrical environments, suitable for model verification, process optimization, and structural health monitoring in fields such as aerospace, automotive, energy, and composite materials.
