Product Overview:
Temptronic's ATS-710 mobile temperature system offers temperatures from -80°C to +225°C. All systems provide remote communication via IEEE 488 and RS-232, as well as two temperature outputs for control of measurements at the thermal head or directly on the DUT. This advanced temperature source is designed for 60Hz operation for fast and precise thermal regulation of components, parts, hybrid devices, modules, subassemblies and printed circuit boards. The ability to achieve ultra-low temperatures without the use of liquid nitrogen (LN2) or liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2). Multiple configurations allow flexibility to optimize your footprint and access to the DUT.
