Product Overview:
The Rodhe & Schwarz FSPN26 phase noise analyzer and VCO tester boasts extremely high sensitivity and measurement accuracy, and offers the highest reliability. With its fast measurement speed and ease of use, it is an instrument suitable for efficient phase noise analysis tasks in R&D and production lines. With its low-noise internal local oscillator, the Rodhe & Schwarz FSPN26 can measure phase noise on highly stable sources (such as synthesizers, VCOs, OCXOs, and DROs) without any additional options.
Thanks to its extremely good phase noise sensitivity, the Rodhe & Schwarz FSPN26 requires one-hundred times less correlation than other market solutions to measure high-sensitivity oscillators. This saves measurement time and doubles the measurement throughput, which are two core parameters of the production line. It can simultaneously measure amplitude noise and phase noise, displaying both measurement results in a common chart or a separate window. The Rodhe & Schwarz FSPN26 offers a bandwidth of up to 26 GHz for synthesizers, for detailed characteristics, the stable time after frequency jumps, slopes, switching times, etc. For narrowband calibration, it can provide narrowband analysis down to 40 MHz. It also has a trigger function, allowing for reproducible measurements of phase or frequency deviations.
