When using the 82A04B phase reference module, the 6-channel acquisition jitter is less than 100fs RMS. It provides over 120 automatic measurement functions for NRZ, RZ, and pulse signal types, supports automatic template testing for more than 80 industry standard templates, and has a high-performance integrated TDR with a typical step rise time of 10ps.
80C17: With high optical sensitivity, low noise, and wide dynamic range, it can accurately test and calibrate short-range to long-range optical interface communication standards. It supports optical data rates from 155Mb/s to 44.50Gb/s, has an internal optical reference receiver, meets the consistency test requirements stipulated by the standards, and also has functions such as optical-to-electrical converter and average power monitoring.
