Product Description
The Tektronix P6249 is a 4 GHz, 5× active FET probe with TekProbe II BNC interface. Its front-end offers <1 pF input capacitance and 20 kΩ input impedance, minimizing loading on high-speed digital or RF nodes. An internal wide-band amplifier and precision compensation network guarantee <120 ps rise time, making it ideal for signal-integrity and jitter analysis of DDR, PCIe, InfiniBand and Gigabit Ethernet signals. A full set of micro-probes and ground accessories allow direct contact to 0.5 mm-pitch SMD pads for both laboratory and manufacturing environments.
