When combined with the InfiniiMax II detection solution, the DSO81204B provides several key signal integrity benefits, including low background noise, low jitter measurement background, low trigger jitter, flat oscilloscope and probe combined frequency response, and more. These basic functions are critical to achieving accurate and repeatable measurements. These signal integrity capabilities come from Agilent's RF design experience, proprietary packaging technology and unique CMOS ADC architecture. Excellent signal integrity maximizes the engineer's design margin by not wasting any measurement accuracy due to poor noise, jitter, or frequency response from the oscilloscope or probe system.
