Aeroflex RDX-7708CRW is a weather radar tester for civil aviation maintenance. Features can provide RF source and monitoring function, which can be used for complete RF test of ARINC 708 transmit/receive (T/R) radar system, including wind shear variables. It is equipped with built-in Doppler frequency shift and built-in variance modulator, which supports digital readout of transmission power. The pulse repetition frequency (PRF) can be controlled manually or by transmitter or external synchronous input. Frequency and level range: the frequency range is 10MHz~12GHz and the level range is -20dBm~-70dBm. Output signal frequency: it can be set to 152.78MHz, 9333.4MHz, etc. Different models have different applicable frequencies. For example, RDX-7708B can also be set to 78.66MHz, 9344.8MHz, etc. Applicable radar type: it is a double reference radar tester, which is suitable for Rockwell Collins X-band and Allied Signal X-band radars, and its RF output range is 9295 to 9425MHz. Composition structure: It consists of a host, RF components and connecting cables. The host includes power supply system, reference frequency components, RF Doppler components and other components.
