Product Description:
By using the optical frequency domain reflection technology, the temperature and strain at any point of the sensing optical fiber can be detected and analyzed, enabling real-time sensing monitoring. The system includes the main unit and other related components. The main controller is workstation-level and can ensure the high-precision distributed optical fiber strain analyzer to run smoothly at the highest performance. Data streams can be output in real time to other control devices via Ethernet or USB, and it supports PTP or NTP time synchronization protocols. The accompanying optical fiber sensor is a single-mode optical fiber, without the need for engraved gratings, and has different options for sensor point spacing, which can be selected according to requirements.
Product Features:
High resolution and high precision: With millimeter-level spatial resolution, there are thousands of test points on each meter of optical fiber, capable of drawing strain/temperature cloud charts and displaying them in real time. The strain resolution is ≤ ±0.1 με, the temperature resolution is ≤ 0.1℃, and the strain demodulation error of the analyzer host is ±1 με.
Multi-channel and long-distance measurement: It is a multi-channel distributed system, with a maximum of up to 8 channels. Each channel supports the longest 100m high-definition sensing optical fiber, and the maximum standoff cable length (from the instrument to the sensor) per channel can reach 200m.
Large strain range: The strain measurement range can reach ±15000 με, which can be used to measure complex strain fields and large strain gradients, and can meet the strain measurement requirements in various engineering scenarios.
